Moline, Ill. – Chris Bogas scored a pair of goals- including what would prove to be the game winner- as the Flint Generals held off the comeback the bid of the host Quad City Mallards, proud International Hockey League (IHL) affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers, to defeat the Mallards 6-4 Saturday night.

Mallards Drop Bloomington 3-1
Moline, Ill. (December 27, 2009) – The host Quad City Mallards, proud International Hockey League (IHL) affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers, Sunday defeated the Bloomington PrairieThunder 3-1 as Quad City goaltender Kyle Jones made 32 saves, Mike Zbriger and Patrick Levesque both provided a goal and an assist and Brandon Marino scored what proved to be the game winner.
